All Orders Ship to US Customers Only!

Please read this page carefully for specific details on shipping services.

All Packages are shipped via United States Postal Service or UPS Service Ground, at our discretion.  Orders with multiple items, you may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.

ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

ALL ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER 6PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY EASTERN STANDARD TIME, WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.

WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY 


Discreet Packaging:

All orders are shipped in plain packaging and the shipping label does not mention the word "Lingerie."

 

General Shipping and Tracking:

PROCESSING TIME: In most cases, your order will be processed in 1-2 business day. All orders come directly from the Manufacturer to our warehouse. When your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email providing you with the shipping date and a tracking number. You may then follow the progress of your package at www.UPS.com or www.USPS.com.

Please Note: There is always a small chance that the item(s) could be on backorder. We will notify you by e-mail if an item is on backorder at the time of purchase and ask if you would like to wait for the product, replace it with a different item, or cancel that part of the order for a refund.

 

STANDARD SHIPPING to USA, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO ADDRESSES: Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard ground/First Class service. They are shipped via United States Postal Service Mail or UPS GROUND. Please allow 3-5 full business days for in-stock items to be delivered. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
